I started Carelotta Home Solutions because I wanted to build something of my own around what I naturally give: care, attention and the kind of help that makes life feel a little lighter.

No deposit. Pay after cleaning by cash, Cash App, Venmo or PayPal. Final pricing depends on your home and approved scope. Additional charges require your approval.
Same-day rush fees: Basic & Recurring $25; Deep & Move-In/Move-Out $40; Post-Construction $60; Commercial custom quote. Fees appear in your estimate before submission. Carpet rush requests require a quote.
Need to change your appointment? Call or text 336-840-4227 as soon as possible. Changes depend on availability and require confirmation from Carelotta.
We collect the contact details, address, cleaning preferences and optional photos you submit to review and fulfill your cleaning request. Booking records are stored securely, and photos are available only through protected owner access. We do not sell your information. Appointment texts use our SMS provider when configured; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out through the provider, or contact us at 336-840-4227.
